Helpful tips:
Apple Device Users--Update device settings prior to taking photos to upload. Go to Settings->Camera->Formats->Select “Most Compatible”

You can only upload PDF,DOCX,JPG,JPEG files. Acceptable File size is upto 30 MB. All users, look for a message that says “Successfully uploaded” with a reference number to indicate that your upload went through.
